These Terms of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions to the Whispever service offered by Whispever, sole proprietor.

Any order for a Whispever subscription implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale as well as the Terms of Use.

4. Offers and Pricing

  • Price: €49 per year (all taxes included)
  • Renewal: Automatic each year
  • Access: All Whispever features

Note: Other plans may be offered in the future (Lifetime plan, enterprise plans, etc.)

4.2 Pricing

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC). As a sole proprietor, we are not subject to VAT.

Whispever reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the applicable prices are those in effect at the time of order.

To subscribe to a plan:

Whispever does not store and never has access to your complete banking information (card number, CVV, etc.). All payment information is directly processed and secured by Stripe.

The price is payable in full on the date of order. The subscription is only activated after payment is received.

In case of payment issues, Stripe will automatically retry the charge according to their retry policy (generally 3 to 4 attempts over several days).

7. Subscription Duration and Renewal

The annual subscription is taken out for a period of 12 months from the subscription date.

Unless you cancel, the subscription is automatically renewed for a new 12-month period at the current rate.
